What can I say about color? Β It is what drives me to photography! Β I love it – I live for it. Based on the portfolio I continue to collect, it looks like I am attracted to greens and blues! Β The images below are from a recent trip to Cuba – being an American, it was an amazing experience. Β More to come on that topic in another post….

The paint splatters are brilliant!
Thanks! We visited a BUNCH of independent artist studios and this set up was in one the back rooms. The art in Cuba is stunning and cheap!
I would love to visit Cuba. Is it really safe yet? I know there is true democratic movement in the Country .
I did not feel unsafe at all. I spent several hours on my own wandering the streets of Trinidad and Havana. There was an occasional aggressive man, but nothing I couldn’t handle ;-).
Nice to know! Thanks! I always travel alone!
Me too! I was with a group on this trip, but did spend some time alone!

I love all the old cars in Cuba! Great photos.
ME TOO! I could not get enough of em. I think I am going to do a post about transportation in Cuba in general. I have LOTS of car photos that I will include…horses, bikes, pedi-cycles too.
Wow. Color does fill your lens & it looks like Cuba was the place!
It was truly unbelievable! I was over stimulated by all of the photographic opportunities – lol!

Yes you should go if you can! I just downloaded a book about the Bacardi family – the history of the country is incredibly interesting.
